I spent a fair amount of time away from the studio this past week. Suzanne was in the hospital. Her gall bladder and liver were inflamed. Her gall bladder had to be removed. She is better now, full recovery. I thank my lucky stars she is still with me. I would be so lonely and overwhelmed if it was just Felix and myself.
(To celebrate her release from the hospital, Suzanne wanted to go to the comic book shop then watch Iron Man. She is the coolest person I know, and I say that with out irony.)
"Jason Arcand as a tot enjoyed drawing his master pieces on his body and his brother’s. Later he experienced an eureka moment when introduced to the renewable source of material that is paper.
Jason was introduced to his first art class at the age of eleven. He would go on to produce the most amazing paintings of the TMNT to ever grace the canvas. Almost as captivating as his first story book, Y-Mouse goes to the Grocery Store, written at the tender age of six.
What would this prolific child master do next? Follow the path of past Renaissance men. Adventure like a ninja turtle. NO. The world would soon learn this child had a goal to rule the world of science...MAD SCIENCE!
Lucky for us it’s expensive. More expensive than being a comic book artist. So due to shallow pockets and artistic ambitions, Jason Arcand was created in the mad scientist lab of Jason Arcand’s mind as JASON ARCAND : MASTER OF JASON ARCAND COMICS AND JASON ARCAND DESIGNS!" -from the About Us page at www.littleenandbigen.com
